When you watch this newly engaged couple interact together, you just can’t help but wonder what they have. So, I decided to ask Mike, “What lead you to know you wanted to propose to Clare?” His response melted my heart. ” There are several things that pointed me to know. Our relationship has been tied to Christ since day one. I am humbled by that each day. The Culture tells us that this is not a norm. Yet, this has been a great blessing for our relationship. Being tied to Christ showed me how He loves her and has given me a share in that love. I love her the way the Lord asks me to love her: bringing her closer to him daily. I knew our relationship was special and different than any other I have been in.” Mike goes on to say, “It has always been in her eyes; the love she has for me and the love I have for her projects from her eyes.” All I can say is, wow. I mean, what is beauty, but great union through Christ and these two are a great witness of that!

 

 

Mike and Clare are true servants of the Church. Both are involved with ministry work and are on fire for spreading truth and hope into our world. Not to mention, they both have a lively spunk about them that brings laughter everywhere. Let’s just say, our photo session was a whole lot of fun! I can’t wait until the day they tie the knot in the presence of the Lord.
