This sacred image showcases the many titles of Our Lady. St. Dominic comes to the foot of Our Lady and receives many graces through her. All intentions brought to her are being lifted up to Christ. She's both mother and queen because Christ has given her these roles and in them we are brought closer to Him. In this painting, you see the Church triumphant, the Church suffering and the Church militant all working together in the body of Christ. A key aspect is Our Lady, who is so united to the Lord, that she works in complete unison with Him and brings all of our cares and intentions to Him. We too can place ourselves with St. Dominic in receiving graces and giving our intentions to Mother Mary, that she may give them to Christ.
